Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

We want every visitor to be able to read this site and contact us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

2. What we have done

• Semantic HTML headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can navigate structurally.
• A visible "skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
• Text and background colour combinations tested for at least 4.5:1 contrast on body copy.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• Full keyboard operability, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
• Forms with real labels, required-field indication and native validation messages.
• Motion reduced automatically when the operating system requests reduced motion.
• Layout that reflows to 320px width and tolerates 200% text zoom without loss of content.

3. Known limitations

Some third-party documents we send to clients, such as PDF statements generated by accounting software, may not be fully tagged for accessibility. If you need a document in an alternative format, ask and we will provide one.

4. Our office

The office at 837 Sixth Avenue is on the ground floor with step-free access from the parking area. If you need an adjustment for a visit — a longer appointment, written notes in advance, or a phone or video meeting instead — just say so when booking.
